JAMfest Japan Participants,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the banners for JAMfest JAPAN vol. 24 in Omiya have not arrived in time for the event.
We understand the importance of banners to celebrate the great achievements of the athletes, coaches, and families at this event. Varsity deeply apologizes for our mistake in the awards ordering.
We have done everything we can to speed up their arrival, but we have not been able to make it happen. We will be working after the event to ship all banners to each team as quickly as possible.We deeply apologize for failing to meet your expectations and for the disappointment caused to all concerned.
For future events, we have developed a plan to make sure they arrive well before the event and ensure that this type of error does not occur again.We sincerely apologize for this matter and greatly appreciate your understanding.

不測の事態により、大宮で開催される「JAMfest JAPAN vol. 24」用のバナーが、イベント当日に間に合わない状況となりました。
私共は、選手、コーチ、そしてご家族の皆様にとって、この大会での素晴らしい功績を称えるバナーがいかに重要であるかを深く理解しております。今回の表彰用品の発注過程における不手際につきまして、Varsityとして心より深くお詫び申し上げます。
到着を早めるべくあらゆる手段を講じてまいりましたが、残念ながら開催日までの納品が叶いませんでした。大会終了後、速やかに各チームへバナーを発送できるよう全力を尽くしてまいります。
皆様のご期待に沿えず、関係者の皆様に多大なる落胆とご迷惑をおかけしたことを重ねてお詫び申し上げます。 今後のイベントにおきましては、二度と同様のミスが発生しないよう、開催に余裕を持って納品を完了させる管理体制を構築いたしました。
